Each year the Edison Chamber of Commerce and the Pines Manor proudly host the incredibly successful Taste of Middlesex when as many as 55 restaurants, caterers and beverage distributors give away tasty samples of food and drink. Typically 700-800 people come to eat, drink and be charitable. Several local non-profit organizations benefit including the Middlesex County College Foundation. It is a very popular community-wide eating frenzy event where fine dining eateries showcase their culinary skills to satisfy our taste buds anticipating people will dine at their local establishments. All ticket purchasers receive a 15% discount dining card to participating eateries.
The Edison Chamber of Commerce is pleased to fulfill our social responsibility to help raise funds for several local non-profit organizations, Middlesex County College Foundation, provide the marketing opportunity for local restaurants and help stimulate the local economy.
This year promises to be another spectacular event!
